Rihanna Wants to Launch Cheryl Cole in the USA

Rihanna has revealed that she is hoping to launch Cheryl Cole's career in the US.

The 'Take A Bow' singer, who met Cole when she performed on The X Factor, said that she believes the Girls Aloud star will be very popular with Americans.

Rihanna is quoted by The Mirror as saying: "Cheryl is cute and incredible. I think I could help break her in the US. She'd wow them - I'd love to have her on tour, in Europe or America."

Rihanna recently declared that she wants to perform at Glastonbury Festival next summer.

Rihanna wants to talk to Chris Brown

Chris Brown beating Rihanna was undoubtedly one of the most shocking stories of the year, and while most of us were deeply disturbed by it, Rihanna insists she doesn't hate her ex boyfriend and would be willing to speak to him again. She said: “I can’t see myself never speaking to him again. There’s emotion there. I think it’s possible to change.” Rihanna admits she's “embarrassed” that she had such strong feelings for the Chris, following the brutal attack which left her covered in bruises and cuts back in February. She added to Glamour magazine: “It’s embarrassing that I fell in love with that person. He was my first big love and the more in love we became, the more dangerous we became for one another.” Luckily she's legally not allowed to contact him, which is probably for the best. It's understandable that she loves him, but abuse is something no one should have to live with. We really hope Rihanna leaves Chris in the past.

Good Girl Gone Bad Rihanna is already a sex symbol for all men, but the singer says she's open to a Rated R romance with a girl. Rihanna famously split from boyfriend Chris Brown back in February after he beat her following the Clive Davis Pre Grammy party. She's been single since the split, but she's not ruling out a relationship with a woman--and she has her sights set on Megan Fox. Rihanna said, “All humans are born with the ability to be attracted to both sexes. I mean, I could see myself in a relationship with a girl.” Meanwhile, Rihanna says she would love to branch out of music and try her hand at acting. "I’d love to be an assassin. Either that or a lesbian. Maybe both! Hey, a gay assassin, there’s nothing hotter than that. “Megan Fox would play my girlfriend — hands down. She’s yummy. She’s hot," she added. We doubt any studio would say no to a girl on girl scene involving Rihanna and Megan Fox.

Rihanna's Dad wants Attention...Again!

“Robyn is going around saying I don’t want to be in touch with her,” Ronald, 56, told Britain’s Sunday Mirror newspaper. Six months after Rihanna's estranged father Ronald Fenty sold interviews about his daughter following her altercation with Chris Brown, Ronald is hoping for reconciliation again. “I leave messages for her but I never hear back. I want nothing more in this world than to see my daughter again and to be part of her life," Ronald told Britain’s Sunday Mirror newspaper. “I speak to my children every day and to have gone so long without speaking to Robyn [Rihanna] is heartbreaking. I am very distressed about it. What makes it all the more sad is our argument was over nothing. I had been on her tour for four weeks and things were fantastic." So what triggered the fall out? “In Chicago I got drunk before a gig — I acted like a jerk. I remember Robyn being really upset and saying‚ ‘Dad, you are going home’. One of her assistants put me on a plane back to Barbados. I have not seen or heard from Robyn since. “I just want to send a message to her to say, ‘I’m sorry and I love you.’ I know, having regained her trust, I let her down badly by getting drunk," he added. Wow Ronald is all about airing their dirty laundry. Rihanna has obviously stayed mum about the argument so don't expect any statement on her behalf. Hope these two patch things up.

Rihanna Talks about Naked Pictures!

Rihanna has suggested that every woman should have naked pictures taken of themselves.
The 'Russian Roulette' singer recently admitted that she was "humiliated" by the leak of nude photographs she once sent a boyfriend.
However, Rihanna told The Sun: "Every woman should have naked pictures taken. In five years my body might not look like this!
"I've always been borderline raunchy and a little sexy. But sexy at 19 and sexy at 21 is two different things. I'm just having fun."
She added: "When naked pictures I'd sent to a boyfriend were leaked this year I was so nervous and embarrassed that my mom was going to see them.
"But she reacted in the most surprising way. She just sent me a text saying, 'You're an adult now'. Basically saying, 'Welcome to the real world'. She says I'm a woman now so I have to handle things like an adult."

Rated R Album Review Take 2!!!

There's a four-letter word that describes Rated R better than all others. This is an album that begins with a sonorous male voice intoning, "Welcome to the mad house" over Hammer Horror organs and ends with a suicide ballad called 'The Last Song'. The black-and-white album cover presents Rihanna as a beautiful/aloof pop cyborg in desperate need of some Nurofen, while the photos inside show her encased in barbed wire, lying on a bed of naked Barbie dolls and rocking a chainmail wig. That four-letter word, in case you haven't guessed it yet, is "dark".Rated R isn't just dark, but unrelentingly dark. The one-time Little Miss Sunshine works with various producers here, including Stargate, will.i.am and UK drum 'n' base duo Chase & Status, but the tone remains menacing and macabre throughout. If a track like 'Pon De Replay' had inexplicably been slipped onto this disc, it would stick out like a working girl at a W.I. meeting among all the brooding beats, fuggy guitars and sinister synths. However, this isn't to say that Rated R lacks sonic variety. It gets pretty dubsteppy on 'Wait Your Turn', heads for the dancehall on 'Rude Boy', and even throws in some flamenco guitar during 'Te Amo'. Nor, as the likes of 'Hard', 'Fire Bomb' and 'Wait Your Turn' prove, is there a lack of pop hooks. However, if one word describes how Rated R sounds, quite another encapsulates what it's about. Rihanna is all posture and swagger here, alternately presenting herself as "the hottest bitch in heels", a "gangster for life" and a gun-toting, grenade-pitching soldier. On 'Hard' she offers this as a terse CV summary: "Brilliant, resilient, fanmail from 27 million." At times, she sings in a surprisingly harsh Caribbean accent that she's never used on record before - "brave", for example, becomes "breer-eerve" - and she takes songwriting credits on nine of these 13 tracks, an increase of nine from her last album. That word? Control.Of course, commentators who know Rihanna from TMZ as much as from MTV will attribute all this to The Chris Brown Incident. They'd have a point, especially since Rated R isn't afraid to allude to the attack. The Justin Timberlake-penned 'Cold Case Love' features the couplet "Prints, pictures and white outlines / Are all that's left at the scene of a cold case love", while 'Fire Bomb' finds Rihanna singing about smashing through the windscreen, an undeniably shocking image from a woman whose then boyfriend reportedly gave her a black eye by bashing her face against a car window. Less explicit, though equally gossip rag-friendly, are lyrics elsewhere on the album about never playing the victim, not being stupid in love and seeing your life flashing before your eyes.But, to whatever extent it was inspired by becoming a very public victim of domestic violence, Rated R should primarily be perceived as Rihanna's most significant career progression yet. If 'Pon De Replay' and 'SOS' showed she could sell a pop single, and 2007's Good Girl Gone Bad proved she could carry an entire album, this is the record – startling in vision, startlingly good in execution – that elevates her from popstar to pop artist. Rihanna, in case you were wondering, is still only 21 years old.

Rihanna has opened up about her admiration for her idols as a young girl.

In an interview with Rolling Stone, the popstar mentioned music icons Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion and Shania Twain as her sources of inspiration.

The 21-year-old said: "I used to listen to all the divas. 'Vision Of Love' is my favourite Mariah Carey song, but they just all seemed so powerful. I remember just watching the videos, and that’s what really sold me."

So Rated R is now Available in Germany, Austria and Ireland but the rest of the world will be able to hold the Rated R CD Box in their hand on monday the 23rd.

So far Rated R has shown to be liked by Europe as it has reached Number 1 in the 3 Euoropean countries. Germany, Austria and Ireland...Well Done Rihanna!!!

i also previouley posted that an Exclusive version Rated R would be released in the UK shop HMV in December for 1 week only, it will consist of a Completley different Booklet, it will have a Bonus track named "Hole In My Head" and it will have a second disk consisting of the Online Nokia concert Rihanna done for the Launch of Rated R....This information comes from a worker at HMV and we recived it through E-mail. we are still not 100% sure this is Genuine information but if we find out differently we will post it as soon as we can!

Rated R - Album Review

1. Mad House - Very Dark and eary sound. Not alot of lyrics but "Mad House" describes the whole theme/base of the album.

2. Wait Your Turn - Starts with "the wait is ova" which is reffering to the late album follow up to Good Girl Gone Bad. Also she is saying that it's full of fans waiting but theirs room for more. Very Good Song.

3. Hard - This song has very strong lyrics. Rihanna is saying "whilst you'v got your cry on, i've got my fly on" which is quite obviousley reffering to Chris Brown. Rihanna is also saying that this is a big comeback so be ready.

4. Stupid in Love - Very strong lyrics in this song. Rihanna is talking about when she went back to Chris and how her family and Friends reacted to this. This is a very good song with alot of meaning.

5. Rockstar 101 - this song is a very up beat and hard song. I get the feeling Rihanna is singing about how strong the situation with Chris has made her.

6. Russian Roulette - This song as we know is about a relationship that is dangerous but they take therisk knowing it will end badley. This is the first single to be lifted form Rated R.

7. Fire Bomb - Fire bomb gets 2 thumbs up and 5 stars from me. This song is about how strong her and Chris' relationship was but also how dangerous. I 'am loving this song and i hope it will be lifted off the album at a later date.

8. Rude Boy - Rude Boy is a good up beat song, a very naughty song but Rihanna is Rocking it!.

9. Photographs - Photographs is again another very strong song about the relationship. The song is saying that it was a great relationship and the were madley in love but now it's just photographs.

10.G4L - A Very powefull song telling us that this album is her revenge on Chris Brown and her haters. Not the best song but again very powerfull.

11. Te Amo - well this song was leaked earlier this year and i still can't get the meaning of this song right but i love the song and it's again another great hit.!

12. Cold Case Love - This song is a referance not to the relationship but to the incident that happened in Febuary this year. This song to me is very dry and only gets good towards the end.

13. The Last Song - This song is talking about the whole album and how the album has come to an dend. This song is great and it is a very good song to end the album with.

Rap Up

This is a great album from our girl Rihanna and i belive it will sell alot of copys. The mainstream audiance might not accept it but people going through a violent relationship will deffinetly grow from the songs on the album. Well done Rihanna!!!
